Course 101 - Basic Sailing
Prerequisite - None
2-Days General Description: Able to sail a boat in light to moderate winds and sea conditions in familiar waters without supervision. A preparatory Standard with no auxiliary power or navigation skills required. Boat and sail nomenclature Sailing terms and vocabulary Installing sails Hoisting and lowering sails Points of sail Sail trim Steering Rules of the road Knots Docking Man-overboard procedures 

Course 103 - Basic Coastal Cruising
Prerequisite - Successful completion of Basic Sailing 101 
Boat Nomenclature Sail Nomenclature Safety Devices Lighting Requirements Fire Safety Rules of the Road Navigation Markers Chart Symbols Emergency Procedures Leaks Steering Anchor Rigging Failure Weather Conditions Sailing Techniques Docking Knots 

Course 104 - Inter. Coastal Cruising Bareboat chartering ( 2 days ) 
Prerequisite - Successful completion of 101 and 103 
Boat systems Engines Water Electrical Head Stove Regulations concerning sewage and trash Radio operation Distress and emergency situations Weather Navigation Time / speed / distance Plotting Compass steering Latitude / longitude Docking and anchoring Knots and rope work

Course 105 - Coastal Navigation 
Classroom only. Learn Navigational Theory required to safely navigate in coastal or inland waters. Prerequisites None (You must have your own divider and parallel rules).
