Louie’s Thirst Last Regatta Schedule True Story In 1886, in Sheboygan, just 60 miles north of here, Milwaukee Ale House co-proprietor Mike Bieser’s Great Great Uncle Louie was cracked of the head with a beer glass and killed. No one knows why. Was it over a woman? A Horse? A business deal gone sour? A debt? An insult? A crazy accident? Or was it over a Regatta??? In honor of Great Great Uncle Louie and the third anniversary of the Milwaukee Ale House, we present Louie’s Thirst Last Regatta. In 1999 and 2000, our first (the very last) and second regatta proved to be so successful we are proud to extend the sailing season once again this year and also help raise money for Children’s Hospital. Funds from the proceeds of the regatta will be donated to Children’s Hospital. This is a regatta which would make Louie proud.
