Rules
This regatta will be governed by the 1997-2000 ISAF rules, the prescriptions of US sailing and the 1997 rules of the JY15 class [except as modified by the race instructions].

Eligibility
This regatta will be open to all JY15s . Competitors must meet all ownership, class membership, and have paid all event fees before coming official competitors.

Courses
Racing will be on windward / leeward courses as specified by the Sailing Instructions. Course length will be based on sailing conditions. Racing will be on the waters of Muskegon Lake.

Scoring
The low point scoring system ,Apendix A2 of the ISAF will apply, except that all races will be scored.

Awards
Prizes will be given to the top five finishers.

Saturday July 19
8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Registration /launching
10:00 AM Skippers Meeting
11:00 AM Warning race one
Refreshments at MYC after last race

Sunday July 20
10:00 AM Warning First Race
No races started after 1:30 PM

Parking
Due to limited parking at MYC the parking lot is reserved for MYC members. After unloading your boat please park on Edgewater St. or at Torresen Marine Parking lot.

Directions
From the SOUTH US31 to BUS 31[Seaway Dr.] to Laketon Ave. west. Laketon blends into Lakeshore Dr. Follow Lakeshore west past the Paper mill to the Yacht Club.

From the NORTH south on US31 to Laketon West. See Above. From the EAST take 96 West to Mile Mark 0 where 96 becomes Bus 31.
