Short Tack: UBS Challenge

The UBS Challenge match race regatta had an unexpected
winner in Chris Law and his Team Outlaw which beat Ed
Baird's Team Musto 2-1 in the finals. The unexpected part is
that these veteran sailors managed to beat all the America's
Cup affiliated teams including Stars and Stripes' Ken Read
and Great Britain Challenge's Andy Green.

For 3rd place there was a match off of America's cup
skippers with Peter Gilmour beating Paolo Cian 2-0.

James Spithill of One World Challenge who had been an early
leader went 1-5 on the final round robin day and did not
make the semis....
