This week's featured boat is a non-mass crafted vessel. If
you are attracted to unique one of a kind items, the Colvin
Cutter should be of interest.

Built of Ferro-Cement the hull was started in Nova Scotia in
1975. It was finished in 1989 with epoxy and fiberglass
matting.

It's a Gaff Cutter rig with spruce masts. The cabin sole is
air dried cherry wood. Power is via a 40 HP Westerbeke
diesel.

The boat had a marine survey in 1997. 'Gem' is located at
Torresen Marine.
