HWS Wins Again
Winning their second championship this year,
Hobart & William Smith took this year’s title for the
first time as the 2005 ICSA/Gill Co-ed North American
Champions with a total of 197 points. Congratulations
to John Storck 05, Mandi Markee 07, Zach Goldman 06,
Trevor Moore 07, Augusta Nadler 06 for sailing a
beautiful regatta! Keeping their over-earlies to a
minimum and sailing fairly consistent races (averaging
a 6th place finish overall), the high 18-knot winds
and 25-knot gusts were not enough to dampen their
pristine sailing abilities.
