Attention Lake Michigan Yacht Clubs
    Torresen Sailing Site introduces
The Lake Michigan Sailing Results E-Mail List.
It is an idea that will promote sailing on
Lake Michigan and improve communications
between sailors and Yacht Clubs.
    The mechanics are as follows. Your yacht
club gathers the results of the events that the
club sponsors. You then either e-mail or send
them as an attachment to an e-mail, in an easily
dealt with format such as Excel, to the
Torresen Sailing Site's e-mail address,
go_sail@torresen.com.
    On a weekly basis we will compile,
collate, and distribute these results via e-mail.
Your club, along with anyone else who wants
to opt to receive this e-mail, will then get a
tremendously informative e-mail each week for
no charge.
    With full participation, we will easily
produce a wealth of beneficial information for
the Lake Michigan Sailing community.
    As the first step in your clubs
participation, I need a contact to handle
each clubs participation. This may be the club
secretary, the webmaster, the fleet captains,
any or all of the above.
    You may e-mail your clubs contact
information to: ike@torresen.com. In addition,
we have created a page on the Torresen Sailing Site
for you to submit this information. The URL of
