2002-2003 Around Alone Race Preview

Who: 21 solo sailors from 11 countries have entered.

What:   Around Alone is a 28,000 mile single- handed sailing race. Around Alone is the longest race on Earth for an individual in any sport.

When: The Around Alone Race Start is September 15 in Newport, Rhode Island. 

Where:  The fleet then sails the following course: Newport/Torbay Torbay/Cape Town Cape Town/New Zealand New Zealand/Salvador Salvador/Newport
