Thiercelin will not compete. The reason is that Belgian Patrick
de Radigues has bought Yves
Parlier's ex
Aquitaine Innovations which Thiercelin
was also bidding for. de Radigues has posted a pair
of DNF's in the Vendee
Globe..

will have all three U.S. entrants
