During his Atlantic crossing Fedor Konioukhov and Modern University for the Humanities encountered Hurrican Danielle. For three days he faced winds of over 100 miles per hours. His boat susatained quite a bit of damage. The damage is in the following areas: sails, engine, generator, autopilots, life raft and backstay.
Because of the first Russian entry in any Around the World Race is have a trying time. Further, the owner of the boat can't help due to the financial crisis in Russia.
